About The Event
1 Day Tween Workshop (Ages 10-12)
In this interactive fun workshop, girls aged 10-12 will be empowered to love their version of Beautiful, to start to understand a healthy mind & what are healthy relationships and to radiate Confidence.
The following topics will be covered: - Self Esteem - Body Image - Basic Skincare - Friendships - Stress Relief & Mindset - Strengths, Confidence & You
These topics will be explored through discussion, worksheets, fun creative activities & videos.
